Inspired by Crafts Architecture and local materials used in Atlanta, the mixed-use multifamily project will add to the Aria village master community. With neighbors like Mercedes Benz USA HQ and single family homes at Aria village this will provide another destination to the growing area.
Located just north of Atlanta in Sandy Springs, the Aria Village. The project will add 30,000 sq. ft. of retail and restaurant space to the Aria Village master planned community.

With southern influences the interior amenities evoke a sense of old charm as paneled walls and archways speak to the past as a fresh color pallet that feels modern yet sophisticated. Amenities that center around a bar create spaces to co-work and mingle with neighbors. A golf simulator, kitchen, and conference room add to the numerous list of activities.
The interior of the units continue to speak to the southern influence with soft cabinet colors, statement counter tops, and traditional elements such as paneled doors with accents. Custom light fixtures with a modern twist complete the look followed by patterned tiles provide a sense of uniqueness to each unit.
