On one of the most prominent beach front condominium properties in Hollywood, Florida. Jorge Perez searched for a weekend retreat for he and his family. The 2 story penthouse sits on the top 22nd and 23rd floors acting as an art gallery comprised from his private collection.
The focus of the floor plan was to capture panoramic views from the terrace that open up to the Atlantic Ocean. Upon entering the private foyer one is enveloped by a large volume of atmospheric light. In regards to privacy the master quarters are secluded from the opposing bedrooms and media room via opposite side of the plan. The vast wall space utilizes the curation of Perez's private collection of art.
An outdoor bar and grill center themselves within the rooftop terrace serving the lounge and dinning accommodations.
Minimalistic proportions accompanied by low line custom furnishings allowed the neutral pallet to set a backdrop focused on highlighting the art. Another characteristic the furniture retains is the ability to allow the residents to enjoy the abundant amount of negative space.
Light tone solid wood flooring warms and compliments the light walls.
