Nestled in the Lakecliff historic neighboorhoood BISHOP RIDGE is group boutique apartments that are focused on reviving an old Dallas historic area. This new revitalization includes renovating negelected small apartment buildings, building new boutique apartments and working with the local historic district to also restore existing properties that are under landmark preservation.

Currently the neighboorhood includes a total of 7 property renovations - 6 New develpment projects - 3 historic preservation projects.

As lead designer I have curated all exterior building renovation design, interior unit design so establish a unique neighborhood of curated boutique properties that tell a story of past history and new revival.
